Capita Pension Solutions has appointed Matt Dodds as its new chief growth officer.
He joins from WTW, where he lead the firm’s UK Client Data Services for the company’s pensions administration division. He focused on collaborating with clients to raise the calibre of their pension scheme data in order to promote better member involvement and results.
Prior to that, he was at ITM where he was a director and spent 7 years at Mercer as a senior pensions administrator and then a team and project leader.
He is also the vice chair and commercial director of NextGen.
Dodds announced his new role on LinkedIn and said that he was very pleased to share the news.
