Called Auto-enrolment Consultancy Solutions, the organisation will offer outsourcing solutions to assist advisers and providers facing auto-enrolment implementation capacity issues.
The firm expects advisers to white-label the service to clients.
Bussell, former defined benefit risk management director at Aviva and Oliver, former head of workplace development at the provider, have built up a network of pension professionals, mostly former life office and adviser employees, who will work on the peak of demand for auto-enrolment services on a contract basis.
A recent Centre for Economic Business Report predicted that preparing for auto-enrolment will cost small businesses £8,900 while employers with 500-plus staff can expect one-off set-up fees of in excess of £22,300.
Oliver says: “We think what we will offer will help advisers and employers through what will be a short-term peak in demand for auto-enrolment expertise at a time when the capacity crunch in the industry means such resources will be very much in demand.
“Our offering is designed to allow advisers to offer employers a full auto-enrolment implementation service, regardless of the capabilities of the staff on their payroll.”
