David Taylor, the former COO of JLT Benefit Consulting, has joined Mayfair-based Connor Broadley to develop its corporate proposition.

Prior to joining JLT, he was a director of Mazars Employee Benefits, and managing director at Broadstone and Towergate Financial (London) Ltd.

Connor Broadley is an independent, owner-managed company specialising in wealth management for private clients, and employee benefit consultancy for corporates.

Taylor has twice been a winner of the Corporate Adviser Firm of the Year award including the inaugural award in 2008.

Taylor says: “I’m really excited to be joining Connor Broadley. They are an extremely professional and progressive employee benefits, financial planning and investment management business that prioritises developing great long term client relationships and bringing innovation, integrity, and transparency to everything they do. This is a great opportunity to build a business that is agile and innovative but still does the basics really well.”
