Healthcare provider HCML has appointed Jill Pritchard to be its chief commercial officer.

Pritchard  has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years, most recently at Nuffield Health where she led the commercial performance across the charity’s 37 hospitals and 1000-plus corporate clients. In this role she was responsible for revenues of over £1bn. Prior to this she worked at Vitality where she oversaw the delivery of Vitality at Work, providing a data-driven health and wellbeing service.

In her new role at HCML Pritchard will lead on the commercial development of innovative healthcare solutions aligned with the growth in demand for wellbeing services and employee health.

As part of her role, she will be responsible for delivering collaborative and strategic transformation at HCML, combining her commercial insight with extensive clinical knowledge to drive change at the organisation.

HCML CEO James Murray says: “Pritchard brings extensive experience in the healthcare sector and will be a valuable addition to the team. In her role, she will lead the team to develop and implement our commercial strategy as we continue to develop our proposition and further build our presence in the market.”
