The company will be meeting members in Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham and London, before hosting its annual general meeting (AGM) in May.

The aim of the area meetings is to meet face to face with delegates who represent members, sharing Health Shield’s strategy and business performance over the previous 12 months, while listening and responding to feedback.

The non-profit-making organisation has hosted area meetings since its formation in 1877, and is said to be one of the only health cash plan providers that still meets annually with representatives before the formal AGM.

The area meetings take place in Glasgow on 18 March, Leeds on 19 March, Birmingham on 20 March and London on 21 March.
