Isio director Allyson Gayle is set to leave the role she has held since October 2022, bringing to a close a 16-year tenure spanning both Isio and Premier Companies UK, which was acquired by Isio.

Gayle originally joined Premier Companies 12 years before the acquisition and continued with the business following its integration into Isio. She served as head of risk & healthcare from May 2013 to October 2022, having previously worked as a risk benefits & healthcare senior consultant between May 2010 and May 2013.

In a LinkedIn post, she said: “After almost 16 incredible years at Premier / Isio, I’ve decided the time is right to step into a new chapter.

“I’m deeply grateful to the Premier Board for the trust placed in me to lead and grow the Risk & Healthcare business. The opportunity to build, scale and evolve a leading proposition, while developing people and delivering for clients, has been a defining part of my leadership journey. To my colleagues across Isio, thank you for the professionalism, partnership and shared commitment to client excellence.

“My biggest thanks, and undoubtedly the hardest goodbye, goes to my Amazing team. Leading you has been a genuine privilege. Watching your growth, resilience and confidence has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. I’m incredibly proud of what we achieved together, proud of the work you deliver every single day. I leave with immense gratitude and confidence in what lies ahead – an exciting next chapter begins.”

She began her career in risk benefits as a consultant at BDO Stoy Hayward Investment Management Limited, where she worked from April 2008 to April 2010.
