Johnson Fleming is launching a new administration platform designed to support employers in dealing with the raft of new pensions
requirements over the next few years. Called inform+equip, the service proposition provides the ability to meet new regulations while delivering to exacting administration standards. The inform+equip service is designed to help employers both automatically enrol employees into their scheme now and demonstrate improved governance through bespoke reporting.

Simon Fletcher, co-founder of Johnson Fleming says: “We’ve chosen the name inform+equip because it both reflects sentiment amongst employers and describes exactly what we do. Quite simply, we inform our clients when something needs to be done and help equip them to make the decision or carry out the task they need to do. Similarly we also help employers inform+equip their employees.”
