Mercer makes two senior hires to covenant advisory team

Mercer has appointed Kriti Chandnani and Joe Hornsby as senior associates in the covenant team.

Chandnani, an experienced accountant with a background in corporate finance and equity research, joins from Argyll Covenant. Chandnani has experience dealing with trustees and corporations in a variety of situations, including appraisals, and advising on the implications of restructuring, transactions, and performance monitoring.

Hornsby is a certified accountant with experience in auditing. In his prior position as a covenant manager, Hornsby gained experience in a variety of industries, including engineering, logistics, retail, food production, housing, financial services, and not-for-profit organisations.

The new hires are in addition to Adam D’Souza, Brandy Mukasa and Michael Fenton who joined during the past year, the latest appointments bring the team’s overall strength to 15, with coverage of the entire UK.
