Natixis Investment Managers has promoted Nathalie Bricker to the newly created role of deputy CEO.

She will report into the new CEO of the business, Philippe Setbon — who took on this role earlier this month.

Bricker has been the CFO of Natixis IM since 2018, and in July this year was promoted to global head of finance and strategy — a position that she will retain as part of her new responsibilities as deputy CEO.

She is also a member of its senior management committee – which is under the responsibility of Stéphanie Paix, CEO of the wider group. Group BPCE is the second largest banking group in France.

Bricker began her career in 1991 at KPMG and has worked for e joined Caisse des Dépôts and CDC IXIS.

Setbon joined Natixis earlier this month from Ostrum Asset Management.
