The Money and Pensions Service has announced that Chris Curry will take up the role as principal of the Pensions Dashboard Industry Delivery Group from July 8th.
Curry is currently a director of the Pensions Policy Institute. While he will continue in this role he will reduce his working hours there to just three days a week, in order to focus on his new role of delivering the dashboard initiative.
Curry says he was delighted to take on this new role. “Building on the success so far of automatic enrolment, Pensions Dashboards have the potential to improve retirement outcomes for many people, and I look forward to leading the team driving this forward.”
PPI Council chair, Lawrence Churchill adds: “[Curry] is an excellent choice to take the dashboard forward. The PPI has a strong and well-established team and is confident its research programme will not be affected.”
