Consulting and administration specialists XPS Group has appointed 12 new partners and promoted 171 colleagues across the business.

The promotions, taking effect from 1 April 2026, have been made across all service lines.

XPS Group said this reflected the firm’s continued investment in developing its own employees and its growth in the pensions and insurance market. The promotions, taking effect from 1 April 2026, have been made across all service lines.

The twelve new partners are Charlotte Jones, James Chandler, James Foster, Melissa Stanford, Nicola Young, Tom Froggett, Deborah Churchward, Ivet Frago-Plana, Matthew Dodds, Sophia Cosgrove, Carol Watkins, and Sarah Rixon.

Of those working in the DC workplace sector this includes Charlotte Jones, currently of head of pensions operations for Reading and London – XPS’s largest actuarial team; James Changes, head of pensions operations in the actuarial team in Leeds and Manchester and James Foster, head of XPS Xray — which supports clients with data-driven analysis and insight.

Melissa Stanford, who leads the risk settlement post‑transaction team and Nicola Young, an experienced scheme actuary and corporate advisor have also been made partners.

Ben Bramhall, Co-CEO at XPS Group said: “These promotions recognise the depth of talent across XPS and reflect our continued investment in developing our people.”
