Zurich has launched its intermediary platform for SME customers seeking group life and income protection insurance.
The target market now includes companies with three to 250 employees.
According to Zurich, the portal provides immediate online quotes and a simple user interface that can be used to access Ccover. There is no need to re-enter information for alternative quote options and intermediaries can access, share, and manage both their pipeline and customer portfolio in one location.
The application enables processes with e-Signature capabilities, such as mandates for direct debit payments, trust documents, and proposal forms. Customers are automatically pursued when necessary, and intermediaries are kept fully informed of all activity. Customers can also send their signatures via their mobile devices, allowing for quick responses, according to Zurich.
Zurich head of corporate risk Cindy Warden says: “We’re excited to launch our new SME portal for intermediaries. We’ve listened to what they’ve told us they expect from a portal and have built ours with this feedback in mind. It is easy to use and offers simple eligibility criteria and an intuitive user experience designed to help intermediaries process SME business quickly and efficiently.”
