Benifex has appointed Gethin Nadin as chief advisory officer in a newly created role.

The role aims to support the employee benefits technology provider’s continued international expansion. Benifex says the appointment will help ensure its products and services continue to reflect changing employer needs and developments across the global benefits market.

Nadin has spent more than 15 years with Benifex and, most recently, served as chief innovation officer, will advise the board and executive team while leading the company’s research and thought leadership activities. He will also work with customers, policymakers and industry groups to provide insight into emerging workplace trends and employer priorities.

According to Benifex, the role will support its position in the benefits, wellbeing and employee experience market, with a particular focus on growth opportunities in the US, where employers are increasing investment in benefits technology and workforce support.

Benifex chief executive officer Mathieu Stevenson says: “This role reflects the next stage of our growth. As we expand globally, particularly in the US, it’s essential that our strategy, products, and customer conversations are informed by deep insight into how employers are changing. Gethin plays a critical role in helping Benifex lead the market, not react to it.”

Benifex chief advisory officer Gethin Nadin says: “My new role is much more than just a title change. I will be dedicating my time toward connecting insight and evidence into clear positioning in the market. Employers are dealing with more complexity than ever, so it’s increasingly important that they have partners they can trust to guide them through workforce change at scale.”
