Employee benefits software company Cloud8 has appointed Dipa Mistry Kandola as its new client strategy director.

Mistry Kandola will also join the firm’s board of directors.

In this new role Mistry Kandola will be responsible for support clients using the company’s software platform Beam at Work. This offers a range of digital benefit services. She will also play a key role in Cloud8’s ambitious growth targets.

Mistry Kandola has had an extensive career in the employee benefits industry, working with a number of firms who either have their own platform or have white labeled a third-party solution. She has worked collaboratively within advisory firms, HR decision-makers and employees on all aspects of online employee benefits.

Cloud8 founder and CEO Ian Rummels says: “Dipa’s breadth of experience means that she fully appreciates the issues facing our wide spectrum of clients, from the largest players to the smallest independent firms.”

He adds that she has a keen focus on ROI as understands the importance of improving employee engagement, and providing a tailored approach to client strategy – helping businesses maximise digital benefits provision.

Mistry Kandola adds: “I’m excited to be joining Cloud8 at such a pivotal time. Incredible growth during the last few months demonstrates the vision and viability of what the business is seeking to achieve.

“I’ve worked with many employee benefits businesses at their inception, helping them to realise the opportunities inherent in moving their offering online through cloud based / SaaS platforms.

“I look forward drawing on this experience to help Cloud8 clients modernise their offering, simplify their onboarding and administration, and deliver a better experience for their end-users – HR, employers and employees.”
